The Kids
How do we communicate with them?
We know how to talk to kids, how to listen, and how to interpret what they say versus what they mean. We have special techniques devised for product testing, involving issues such as taste, texture, fracturability, time testing, and critical appearance factors.
The researcher MUST be aware of the cognitive processes in place and gear the research to match the child's stage of development.
Projective techniques are employed to maximise the interrelationship of interviewer to child.
